ASEE Solutions Croatia has roots stretching back to 1989, shaped by decades of growth, strategic mergers, and a shared commitment to innovation in the IT industry.
The company was formed through the gradual consolidation of several regional technology leaders. Logos (founded 1993) brought deep expertise in financial industry software, while Arbor Informatika (founded 1989) contributed solutions for the telecom and public sectors. Both companies joined the ASEE Group in 2008 and merged to form ASEE Solutions Croatia in 2010. Biro Data Servis (BDS), specialising in banking hardware since 1990, was integrated in 2011, followed by EŽ Računalstvo a spin-off focused on EFT POS terminals that joined in 2014.
In 2017, the payment card business was spun off into a dedicated company, Payten d.o.o., now a fully owned ASEE Group subsidiary operating across the region. In 2021, the acquisition of IT Sistemi and its subsidiary eVision further strengthened the group's position as a leader in digital business transformation across Southeast Europe.
Today, ASEE Solutions Croatia stands as the result of over three decades of continuous growth combining the strengths of its founding companies into a unified organisation of 350+ professionals delivering enterprise technology solutions across the region.
